Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept direct credit card payment on-line or cheque by mail. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit (switch) cards.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing; we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Shipping is based on weight as shown in the checkout options.
Delivery Schedule We aim to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it, however during busy periods this may take up to 7 days. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and can place it on back order or cancel if you prefer. For costs please see delivery charges on the checkout page.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added where it is applicable. All other orders are VAT free.

If you wish to exchange an item, carriage will be FOC. (UK only). With the exception of damaged goods, return postage and packing will not be refunded. For damaged, faulty or misdescribed goods, we will refund you in full (for goods, carriage and return postage) or we will replace the item and refund your postage costs. We recommend you use a recorded service or get a certificate of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us.
